The Nordic Stables will give the quieter workings of a country house a place of their own — the practical and creative life that usually happens just out of sight.
The long stable corridor and agricultural structure will remain. Nordic describes the clarity and usefulness brought to it — a Scandinavian workshop spirit held inside a recognisably Flemish farm building.
Plans include working ateliers, support for the garden and Potager, a creative atelier for guests, an accessible ground-floor bedroom and a central passage able to hold a long table. It remains a future chapter, not part of the current guest accommodation.
